Which airlines are the worst for legroom?

The Daily Telegraph, Sep 11

The drive to generate higher revenues is pushing airlines and aircraft manufacturers to look for ways to add more seats in planes - reducing the amount of passenger legroom. More seats are being squeezed in in each row, and galley space is being reduced to allow extra rows to be added. This comes off the back of recent news of a “clear, general upward trend in instances of unruly and disruptive behaviour on board aircraft” due to lack of legroom.
